Does job title need tot be the same on I-140 and P3....

My job title in my I-140 approval is Software Engineer and that which I have entered in my P3 is Programmer Analyst (for which I\'ll be getting the employment verification letter). Is this ok. I would really appreciate expert opinion on this. Thanks.

You might want to make an extensive search on this web site with certain key words. I can confidently say that there would be definitely some persons with similar doubts posted their experiences OR how they handled the situation. I did an extensive research before doing AC140 (as my I140 approved for CP and not sure can I do that or not in the first place and I found 2 persons did the same successfully back in Jan/Feb), this web site is a wonderful site and should help you.
 
It should be same

The job title in employement verification letter should be exactly the same as metioned in your LC & I-140.
For pkt 3 you may write your occupation & then within bracket exact job title per LC.
