Does it take such long time to get 485 approved at VSC?

Hello,

Just spoke to my lawyer. I was told that it might take 16-20 months to get 485 approved at VSC, based on cases they have worked on so far.

Is there any hope of getting 485 approved quicker?

Dude you applied I-485 in Jan/05, one quality you should quickly learn is patience ! I see you had a long wait for labor approval. I-485 is the same if not worse ! Let me tell you there are many filers from 2003, even 2002 who are still waiting. So please get in line and enjoy the ride !!
