i am planning to move upstate new york from the bronx.

What do you think guys from experience will it take longer to get the permanent residence?

I already have the conditional card and on december 2010 I will apply for the permanent residence.

Please guys drop your opinion I don't want it to delay..

I-751s are handled by service centers and not local district offices, unless an interview is required. Thus moving from the Bronx to upstate NY will not result in change of service center.

What about if an interview is required what happen? will it take longer? or we will have to come to the bronx?

I am planning to move to rochester,ny

If an interview is required, then you will need to go to your local district office.
Compared to Bronx, I am pretty sure the DO covering Rochester, NY is less busy.
