Does it really help to do FP early?

My FP appointment is 11/7/01. Will it expedite things if I try to get the FP done earlier?

According to my Attorney

My Attorney says it does not help. Cause in the final analysis your case will get approved depending on the officer speed, your paperwork presentation and above all your luck.

In other words, doing FP early is no guarantee, but if it satisfies an individual to do it early....then you may as well do it. I have decided to stick with my date for FP 11/03.

At least in my case it did help.
My FP scheduled date was 8/9/01, I had it on 8/1/01, I got my approval(AVM) on 8/14/01.
11 and 12 was weekend. I don\'t think it got approved in one weekday(8/13/01). I bielive, It was pulled before my scheduled date.
