I know your ND dates are very close to mine and we have been seeing a lot of sep ND 2000 approvals. Call them and find out about your case, it does not hurt.

It depends!

If your case is taking longer than other cases then I don\'t think there is any harm in contacting. Sometimes, unknowns are discovered when U call and talk to them.

For example, last week when I called the INS I learned that they sent request for evidence at July 10th to my attorney. And my attorney did not call me about this whatsoever. I called him and learned what the RFE was for. If I did not follow up this with INS, maybe my attorney would tell me about the RFE later ( may be next year who knows !!!) And losing one week or so in this process may put you back in the queue about one month or more ( again who knows!!)

Also my attorney does not inform me about the RFE. It is only when I call the VSC, I come to know about RFE.
