Hi, all,
>180 days of ND of 485, I changed the job. i worked in the university, so I just move one department to another with the same employer. However, I got the different offer letter. Does it hurt, when INS issued the REF for EVL?
 
I don't think so

Normally all the university employees are in same payroll. As long it's same university, EVL should not be a problem (as it will be on same University letterhead).
 
As long as the job profile is the same, and you are making more money you are okay.

But these are things you should find out BEFORE the act as compared to after.
 
please clarify when you said "changed job" does it mean you left the employer and came back to the same employer. Was there any gap or how did happen ?

No gap at all for the job.

But the offer letter shows the university's letter head as well as the department letter head. Also the paystub shows the both the department and university.
