Does I485 processing vary based on which country the candidate is from?

They all queue in the same line based on their I-485 notice date ,except when visa avalibality for some countries like India/China is not yet current then we have to wait till priority dates become current for visa.

Different for indian nationals..

This is what I have heard from my lawyers, apparently for indians with nd\'s after oct99...they only get fp notices once their case is reviewed and approved...what this means is that..if u are indian and have recieved an FP notice (between oct99-mar00 nd\'s)..the chances are that you dont have to wait much longer....i.e. they dont review your case again....once ins hears back from the ins ..your case is approved..
