Does I-140 require name check?

I am surprised that there is no movement on your case although you had many LUDS about 10 days back. I hope you get concurrent approvals as your 140 and 485 were both updating.

For now it is status quo but I will keep update as soon as I get something new.

Any news on your I485?
Did you call CSC about that? Name check is cleared?

i did not,

i will give it some time (like 2 months), and call them again, currently i have sent a FAX and Email to the FBIInc regd my name check.
