I heard two different answers on this subject. One that I-140 needs to be applied within 60days of LC approval, and second that it needs to be applied while the date is current.
Please Clarify.
1-140 can be applied as long as you have LC approval copy in hand. I am yet to research on the 60 day rule since when it came into effect. But why would you wait for such long period to file your 1-140 application? You do not need to have your PD to be current before you can file for your 1-140. It works only with 1-1485 application.
