Does GC stamping walk-ins allowed?

I was wondering walk-ins(without infopass) for GC stamping are allowed in Boston...Is so what time is good(Later in the day or begining of the day??). I am planning to go with in couple of days.

Today i went to Newark,NJ and asked us come with Infopass only. They are not allowing without infopass but don't about Boston.
