This may or may not come up but if Returns are asked and IO wants to see them under joint filing if the income for a particular year in the stat. period is less than the income below 'poverty limits',the wire may be pulled from there.
(especailly if it is marriage based)
IOs may not limit to read only the lines in N400 but they may have access well beyond .
So better to be cautious.
