Does finger print notice mean anything?

I concurrently filed in later August, get 3 EAC number and just now heard a date for finger print. Does that mean any kind of approval or just a normal step on the way that doesn't gurantee anything?

means ur fees and all fine proceeding for next step , that is checking for criminal records

Thanks. Just wish I-140 is not actually at Feb. Can't wait any longer.
