does fax inquiry has to be beyond JIT time, which is only 01/01/01 now?

OR we can go ahead do fax inqiry? I notice on the form, you have to choose the reason for the inquiry, like beyond JIT time, like sth. is going wrong, my case is RD Mar. 01, what should I write down on the inquiry reason?

I think you can fax inquiry now.

For the reason, you can mention that cases with much later RD\'s have been approved.

My RD is 4/26/01. I had asked myself the same question when I
sent the fax. I just left that line unfilled and explained that many
cases with later RDs got approved. No approval yet though.

You can fax an inquiry 90 DAYS after you did your FP!

However, the response from the INS is not guaranteed right away! In fact sometimes they don\'t respond at all! (Atleast thats what my lawyer said)
