Does EB2 NIW approved I-140 remain valid after using EB1 approved I-140?

I had concurrently applied EB1 and EB2 NIW and got approved both. I used EB1 approved I-140 to get green card but kept the EB2 NIW approved I-140 intact. However looks like I might lose my green card because I overstayed outside US.

If I want to come back, can I repply for green card through my EB2 approved I-140. Does it still remain valid?

Hmm, don't know about that, you should talk to some lawyers about this question.
However, are you sure that you are about to loose the GC that you do have? Usually it takes at least a couple of years before CBP gets so upset about your travel record as to initiate the GC revocation process. Just how much time have you been spending abroad?
