Does Eb2/EB3 matter for AC21 case?

Hi All,
I have a job opportunity to move to Chicago, which I believe comes under NSC. My original labor was done under EB2. The new offer does not ask of adbvanced degree. Do you think EB2/EB3 matters in AC21 case? Please let me know.

----Location of job change does not matter and EB2 or EB3 does not matter for AC21, but the new job or Future permanent job offer letter that you are going to send to use AC21 should have same/skills as on your approved LC
