Does each family member file a separate Form I-485?

is it only one form I-485 for petitioner and incuded family names and filing fees or separate I-485?

I pretty sure each family member should have one 1-485 form. I have another

question. How to organize them? make all documents together for each people or make everything together for the whole family? Please advise.

IMO, prepare separate sets of documents for each applicant i.e.

each set would contain a I-485, EAD, AP, medical applications/checks/photos.
