Does this email address still work? How soon can I get a reply?

Not any more, few weeks back I sent them an email and got the reply that they do not reply to public enquries on this email and call 1800 number for any enquiry.

Got the response today (both cases pending a name check). Sent an e-mail inquery a week ago. It's nice for CSC to respond this way.

Everytime I send Inquiry on this email, I get response saying they don't accept inquiry from general public.
