Does Congressman asking alter LUD ?

Has anyone experienced this ? My Congressman's rep did an update with
USCIS on Dec 9. LUD updated on Dec 10. Has anyone seen a Congressman's
query leading to a LUD change ?

My Congressman's first update did not however lead to an associated LUD
alteration.

Feedback / similar experiences appreciated.
 
unless USCIS posts some kind of letter to you then you can relate LUD both..if not then be ready for an approval in next few days
 
No Post by USCIS

USCIS posted me only on Nov 1. That's the letter in response to my
1-800 enquiry and I already have that letter in my hand.

I hope your words come true ( "mooh mein ghee shakkar" ) but the
only activity I can guess about is my Congressman's designated person
getting an update from the Congressional Liaison on Dec 9 ( about which
she did update me )

The Dec 10 update is kinda wrong info...it says we responded blah blah to
your request for blah blah kinda stuff.

Is this theory derived from the now famed Neural Network that runs in this
forum detecting underlying currents and patterns ? :)

Or is it anything else ?

BTW, what did your congressman contact tell you about feedback from USCIS ?
 
Here's the reply I got

"Your case file was placed with an adjudicator on Dec 1. Allow 60 more days
to hear from this office."

They asked and got this reply dec 9.

Your case is pending service consideration. Please allow 60-90 days
to hear from this office.
 
Did you get LUD change around same time as Congressman query ?

Bacha Khan....qn for u .....did you get an LUD change around the same date
as the one when Congressman queried USCIS for sttaus ?

My case is similar to you.
Initiated inquiry on 10/21/04...lud changed on 11/08..letter saying wait for 60-90 date and no LUD change since then.

Did your LUD change between 11/1 and 12/9 ?

My LUD change is a wee bit diff

I initiated Status Enquiry mid Oct. USCIS responded Nov 1 and LUD
changed saying "On Nov 1, we responded to your request...........".

That was it.

Till today.

LUD said same words except that the date was Dec 10 instead of Nov 1.

My 2 cents are for the fact that USCIS reacted to my Congressman
making enquiry and hearing back on dec 9. I am not reading
too much or anything into this LUD change.
 
I got a call from Congreseeman on NOV 30 and he said routine story that..allow 60 days................so on.

then i got a letter in mail and LUD Changed on DEC 2 then i got approved on
December 14th

Lets hope for the best.
 
Any of you for a Neural Network implementation ?

I can volunteer. All possible input parameters will be considered. We will
train it based on loads of past data.

Subsequently, people on this forum will merely input their data and
the Neural Net will answer with an expected approval date :)
 
However there are facts to the contrary too

Bacha Khan..thx. That's what happened here, probably.

However, my Congressman also did enquiry end of Sept. They got a response
then saying my 2nd Fingerprints cleared. That enquiry , however, did not lead
to an LUD change.

What does that mean ?

We are nowhere close to concluding anything. Basically back to square one.
Could be something or may not be anything :)

I read your earlier msg about the woman in the congressman's office being on vacation. I am a similar situation and waiting for the lady to be back from her vacation. I am working with congressman garrett's office... How abt u?

My attorney is suggesting not to contact ombudsman or speak with any cis officers while the congressmans' office is following up.. What are your thoughts?
