Hi,
I am working for company A which has around 100 employees and is a kind of resource staffing company (Indian). I am getting an offer from company B which is US based company, has 5000+ employees and USD 8 Billion in sales.

Will joining company B expedite my overall GC process ? Please advise.

Thanks in advance.

I would say joining B company could be better. Besides number of employers, and revenue, you should also consider the type of the company, and if they have supported other people for green card. This could have a major effect on the company's ability to pay. Good luck!

It will not expedite the GC process, but I 140/485 will be approved with out a RFE but any layoff of bigger company adversly affect your green card process totally.

The smaller companies tend to get RFEs on the I-140 level for the "ability to pay." The discussion below is correct. If the company is bigger, it will probably imply an easier case. Not necessarily faster by any means, but easier.
