Does check clearence mean anything

I had sent my I-751 last week and the check is showing cleared on my online bank statement. Does Check clearnance mean anything at all? My only worry would be if I sent everything correctly and filled out properly, so they dont send back the papers. Would check clearance mean that perhaps my package was accepted, although I should really be looking out for the NOA.
