Does AVM get updated after you do FP??

I did mine on Oct.19th and I believe I read somewhere on the board that for people doing FP after Oct 1st, the AVM gets updated with FP recieved msg..Is this true??
 
Yes usually it takes 10 - 12 days for updating.

I was fingerprinted on 8/15. FBI returned my FP\'s back to INS on 8/21. IIO says INS received my FP on 10/15. I still get the same AVM message.
