Hi

Does anyone know what is the procedure that USCIS centers should follow when an inquiry is made on a pending case which is past processing date.

I am asking this just out of curiosity and the other main reason is that my lawyer did an inquiry on my case three weeks ago.. So far we have not heard anything from them and there is not even LUD change.
 
No idea....Did an inquiry more than a month ago ..No response

I made an inquery on 16th Feb and received response on March 16th. LUD changed on March 17th. Did not find any helpful answer. it was like "We do not have sufficient manpower to process ..."
