Does anyone know the Texas Service Center Number??

Please help.
I received a welcome notice, saying that I got approved for my permanent residence, and I was suppose to receive the card in 3 weeks. Upto today, I've not received the card. I did an Infor pass 2 months ago and the IO re-sent my 2 photographs and finger prints to USCIS. A week later I received a letter telling me that the card is in process and it will take 60 days to get.

However, 60 days have passed and yesterday I talked to NSC IO who advised me to write a letter to TSC. But, I think it is best to talk to them first. Please give me the TSC number if anyone has it.
