the company lawyer said some people got FRE and some not. he also said if the officer processing the cases sees the applicant\'s reply of RFE, he may not issue RFE to others work in the same company, is it true? another lawyer said most of his clients didn\'t get RFE.
does anyone know how much chance it is to get RFE?
