Does anybody got EAD with receive date Jan 2003?

Hi

My wife's EAD (First time) was approved 31-Jan-2003 and the message said
"On January 31, 2003, after approving your application, we ordered you a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready"

It changed to the following on Feb 22

"This case has been approved. On February 22, 2003, an approval notice was mailed. If 14 days have passed......."

It has been close to 2 weekd and we are yet to receive the card.

Did it take more than 10 days for any of you to receive the card by mail after it was sent by INS? I though it should have arrived by now

my card...

arrived in 3 weeks from the time of approval. I have read on this board that they were backlogged with cards, and it will take between 3-5 weeks after approval for the cards to arrive.

no clue at all

Why some people are getting EAD’s other’s don’t have any clue at all?
Anybody comment on this ?
