That is anybody\'s guess

But the approval should come anytime now. They are processing Sept Notice Dates now. Sometimes talking to an IIO can help if you get a friendly one. First your case has to be assigned to an officer. Did you find out about that? Good Luck.
 
My WAC is 01-262, RD 07.25.01 and ND 08.20.01 and I am still waiting

I have talked to IIO a couple of times and they were not of much help.

CSC seems to be approving Sept ND cases now.
I think most of July waiters should have got RFE or approved by now.

If not, then we should start sending faxes. My lawyer has already started the process by sending the first fax.

Talked to IIO

I\'ve talked with the IIO last week and she told me that my case was assigned to an officer on 12th Apr.
 Do you have any idea how long it takes for the approval?
My details are - EB2-RIR-INDIA
RD - 8/22/01
ND - 9/22/01
WAC-01-291-5xxxx
AP & EAD Approved in late Nov 2001
FP done on 30th Nov 2001 before the scheduled date which is 12/21/01.
The AVM got updated twice.
First on Dec 6th Received FP and started processing
& again updated saying "processing your case resumed on 12th Jan 2002 ...."
But still I\'m hearing the same words.
I don\'t know what basis CSC is approving the cases?
People who has WAC greater than me got approved !
I\'m a regular visitor previously & now I\'m a silent spectator keeping my finger crossed.
But looks like they are giving some kind of priority for the priority dates. My priority date is 12/00.
Even then this theory dosn\'t hold good. Because some people with priority date later than me (eg:01/01) got approved.
Anyway hoping to get my approval soon and praying GOD for my earlier approval.
 
adayar, if your case is assigned to officer on 04.12.02, then I would that

you should hear from CSC within 2-3 weeks.

My number is WAC-276-.. Case was assigned to IIO on 9th April 02 and waiting. Hope we hear something soon.

Till 5 days back AVM was saying we mailed you notice to appear for Finger Printing.......last Wednesday I Talked to IIO she was nice and she told I will send request for you.On Friday My AVM was changed
Your Alein Green card process has been completed and we have mailed you notice....
Again friday I called IIO twice both the lady told your case is pending.Now I dont know what to do.
