Does any lucky one filing I485 in June 2001 get processed?

Hi,

I filed I485 last June, 2001 (received by IRS), but haven\'t heard anything from them so far. I am wondering if any one who filed your I485 at about the same time but has got your case processed and even approved?

Any response would be appreciated!
 
CP or I-485

I looking for information regarding which one is best to opt for: Consular Processing or I-485. Can anybody elaborate on this issue?

In CP, what going to happen if application get rejected? Can person still come back on same H1-B even after rejection, as for CP H1 stay valid until interview? or He can come any other visa???

What other restriction are there for CP?

Your help is appreciated in advance.

Applied for 485 with TSC in Feb, 2001 and just got the finger print notice yesterday(Feb 7, 02). Long way to go, I guess...
