How does one check the status of GC after successful CP and entry into the US ?

Friends, please answer my question.

How does one check the status of GC production/processing after successful CP and entry into the US ?
 
Received my card yesterday !

stamped on Dec.14, 2001 at NYC
card ordered on Jan.30, 2002
card received on Feb. 4, 2002

But there is error on my card. What should I do ?
Do I need return my card with I-90 form ?
How long I will get the new card ?
