I recently heard that the AVM gets updated once a day after 4:00pm. Although, I am unsure of the accuracy of this information.

I just spoke to an IIO 60 seconds ago and I asked him this very question. He said that the AVM USUALLY gets updated every 24 hrs in the evening.
