Does "Adjudications should occur within XX days" imply name check completion?

As a response to my status inquiry, I received a response saying

"Adjudications should occur within 60 days"

Does this mean that our name checks are cleared?
 
back in '05 August when my lawyer asked for the status of my I-485 he got the similar response "Adjudications should occur within 6weeks" and then got my final approvals in 10days

If what I read was correct then you would have got a different response like "waiting for Name clearence from FBI" or something like that...

Adjudication within 6 weeks (still waiting for FP)

I got a similar reply saying ' Adjudication within 6 weeks' about 4 weeks ago. Funny part is I am still waiting for my FP :) Dont know wat to expect
