documents validity

I provided a sponser documents- like affidavit of support, bank statement, employment statement to my father & mother for their tourist visa in Jan’07. some how they are not able to appear for their visa interview. Can they use that documents in april ?? what is the validity for that documents ??

bank statements atlest (latest) 3 months from date of interview
