Documents to reenter USA

Hi,

I just got my visa revalidated/stamped in St Louis. I'm travelling out of the country soon, what documents are needed or should I bring with me when I return to USA? I heard that sometimes a valid H1B stamp on the passport is not enough. The officers at the airport may asked other documents to show that I really work and live in USA.

Please help me.
 
Generally not required, unless you raise any suspicions.
Other relevant docs are LCA copy and recent paystubs (to prove that you are going to the metro area specified in LCA and still work for the same company)
