Documents sent back to KCC

Dear friends,

I sent my filed documents back to KCC on Friday June 12th via DHL and according to online track I can see they were delivered yesterday, Monday June 15th, confirmed by DHL.

I called KCC an hour ago t confirm with them too but person at the phone said she can't confirm yet whether they received my case or not. She told me to call them back in 4-6 weeks to check again.
I asked her if it's normal that they don't know this in advance. She said yes because of the volume of applications. I asked should I be worried about and she said no you shouldn't worry for now just call us back in 4-6 weeks.
She was very kind to me.

Can you please share your experience to me?
Still I am a bit worried :(

my broter don't worry, just wait and call 4-4 weeks later.
