Job Description, Your previous employment letters, CV and other relevant docs to prove your skillsets. Also, All DOL forms filled.
If by RIR, you should have all proofs of advt and also the follow-ups that were done by your HR dept.
Advt must be done within 6 mos prior to applying for labor.

Labor is filed by the COMPANY YOU CURRENTLY WORK and they file it for the position you will hold in future for which there are scarcity of US skilled workers to do that job.
You applying for Labor certification at same DOL through two different employers may land you into trouble. DOL may find this difficult as to whom you will work once the GC is approved. You will have to produce pay stubs from both employers to prove that you work for them. Since same DOL is handling the case, they will encounter two petitions for same person. think over this before you apply twice to same DOL.
