Documents required for interview...Some errors

Hello,
In about 2 month me and my family have the interview. We are preparing the documents and in Albania, as always in your documents there will be always errors.
The error is that in my father's High School Diploma, when he finished high school (I think it was year 1982), his high school wrote the wrong birthplace. He was born in another city and the high school wrote another city. How can we fix this?

My father is taking care of this issue because we are consulting with an advocate which has good experience in DV Lottery but I wanted some advice from you guys.

And the other thing is that more than 20 years ago my family changed our Last Name. I do not know why. It is not complete change but in my last name has been added 2 more words.

You fathers place of birth is established by his birth certificate, not his diploma. So, there is no need to correct that on the Diploma OTHER THAN the need to prove he is the person that earned the diploma. He should take care to make that connection if it is not obvious. For most people that simply means being in possession of the certificate with an accurate name on the certificate.

Regarding the name change. If that was a legal name change there should be some documentation to prove the change. That is important information to take to the interview, especially if it makes the connection between older documents such as a birth certificate, or HS diploma and more modern documents like a passport.

For the first thank you.

According to the second, Yes, of course it is legal name change. I'm just really scared. We have all documentations to prove last name change and diploma proof. But I'm just too scared about the interview and documents. I am really nervous. That's why I'm asking on this forum too.
Thank You @britsimon . :-)

Aldoblack, when I mentioned a "legal name change" it wasn't that I was suggesting that the name change was "illegal" in any way, its just that some countries (the UK for instance) have a couple of different ways to change your name. One way is just to start using the new name and the second is a legal process (called deed pollin the UK) where some documentation is completed and filed to record the name change. Your country rules may have something similar, but my earlier point was that only the second form of name change would allow you to prove the name change took place.

No, Albania doesn't have this rule. But thank you again. :)

Same concerns about changing the last name in here Aldoblack, so I completely understand your fear. But I think that as long as someone doesnt't have nothing to hide (like penal problems) and can prove the civil status changes there shouldn't be problems for the embassy. I hope :)
Just don't forget to ask that the penal record certificate (deshmia e penalitetit) showss the present and previos last name (I wanted to be sure for this so i asked one a month ago and they did it: I attached a certificate showing the changes to the request).
This is my opinion cuz I am doing all on my own. What does your lawyer says about all this?

I just asked my father again ans we didn't change our last name. Again these are mistakes made by people who have filled the documents years ago. :/
My father said that he is going to get a proof that these documents that have wrong last name are our and they are mistakes made by other people years ago. :/

Hey I have another question. On my father High Schools diploma, his high School has made a mistake and have written his last name wrong (in 1982). My father said that he will get some proof on police station. Is that enough to proof that his last name was written wrong?

I don't see any connection between High School and Police station (what can the last one declare???)
You know, the high school diploma must be legalized from Ministry of education + Ministry of foreign affairs. And the fist one require a "grades certificate/list" (list notash) from the High School for the procedure (to proof that the original is original LOL).
So I think just say to your father to ask to the High School Secretary to produce this certificate without the the mistake (as it should be result from the records)
hope this helps

Let me suggest this:
What about making an affidavit from the school it self and get it stamped by the police authorities?!
