Documents required for B2 Visa (renewal)

My parents are scheduled for B2 (Visitor) visa next month. They had B2 visa for last 10 yrs which expires in Aug 2010. What documents are needed for the interview that are mandatory?

They have visited US many times and always went with in the scheduled visa (I-94) stampings dates.

DS-156 and other consulate specific forms. Documents showing social and financial ties to their country of residence.
