Documents needed for spouse in India

Hello,

I am a permanent resident of USA and want to find out what additional evidence/documents people are submitting along with I-130 application when your spouse is in India? I mean, I cannot submit a joint bank statement or lease or tax filing since my wife is not in USA and I am filing this form to bring her here..

So only notarized sworm letters by family or friends are sufficient?

Please advise me asap..

Nothing, just file the I-130 with required documents to file that form, evidence of relationship is to be submitted/ reviewed by the consular officer at the interview in India.
It includes but is not limited to Pictures, Phone records, Internet chat logs if any etc.
 
All an I-130 does is verify a relationship. Only evidence of a legal relationship is required (plus G-325A's) as described in the form instructions. Proof of legal marriage, proof of termination of any prior marriages.., proof of petitioner's staus in the U.S., and proof of identity. Really just basic stuff. Everything else comes later.
