Documents needed for Oath Ceremony?

Hi,
The Oath letter states that we must bring along
1. Oath Letter with questions filled in
2. Alien Registrtation card - Green card. Right?
3. Rentry Permit, or Refugee Travel Document
4. Any immigration documents you may have
5. Other

In my letter the first four are checked. I have Green Card which I plan to take. Do I need passport?

And what is the Reentry permit or Refugee travel document.

What about other immigration documents? What did you folks take?

The Oath letter from has questions on the back. I suppose we are expected to fill them in the auditorium?

So this Full address and ZIP code is my residence?

Just be sure to bring your green card and any other documents you have ever received from USCIS. This includes any EADs. If you don't know what a Re-entry permit or a Refugee Travel Document is, then you don't have one and you don't need to worry about bringing them. The address in the form is your home address.
