what are the documents needed to apply for the 7th yr extension, besides the usual papers for H1B

Quick question.

If someone has filed 140/485 concurrently, and it takes 8 months for 140 to get cleared, does he have to wait for another 6 months to get eligible for AC21 or as soon as 140 is cleared ( on the 8th month in this scenario), he is eligible to change employers.

If someone has filed 140/485 concurrently, and it takes 8 months for 140 to get cleared,
---- -------------if I-140 gets cleared and I-485 pending as you stated above you become eligible to use AC21 the day I-140 gets approved (as you said after 8 months)
does he have to wait for another 6 months to get eligible for AC21 or as soon as 140 is cleared ( on the 8th month in this scenario), he is eligible to change employers.
-------------------- One becomes eligible to use AC21 if I-140 APPROVED and I-485 pending more than 180 days
