Documents needed for GC Stamping

Hi,

My I-485 is approved. Do I need to take all the documents for stamping. I
have all the documents except for the latest AP document. My latest AP
document is in my apartment, but I don't have access to my apartment as
my apartment management has locked the entire building due to fire
accident happened in one of our neighs apartment.

So can I go for stamping without my latest AP document? Please advice.

Before going there, try asking over the phone if your latest I-94 is enough. What does your lawyer say?

I didn't take my AP or EAD, only the photos and the I94. They asked for the AP and EAD, and told to destroy them. They took my husband's EAD because he had it with him. You should be fine.

My dates

Hi,

My priority date is 04/05/2001 and I 485 receipt dates 09/25/2002.
California service center is the processing center for my application.
