Documents needed for filing 2nd AP

My first AP expired may 2003, and I also travelled on it. I was expecting my approval but still not so I have to apply a new AP.

1. How much time is it taking in VSC?
2. What documents are needed - I thought copy of Expired stamped AP, I-131 form, Fees, Copy of I-485 receipt, Letter to support AP
3. Is there an expetited process
4. Can I get Walk-In AP at Newark, NJ

Any help would be appreciated. There goes my $110 more

2. What documents are needed - I thought copy of Expired stamped AP, I-131 form, Fees, Copy of I-485 receipt, Letter to support AP

3. Is there an expedited process
4. Can I get Walk-In AP at Newark, NJ
---- you have to show the emergency supported by any letter or fax
Any help would be appreciated. There goes my $110 more
