Documents needed for EAD?

Hi Gurus,

We recently got the I485 receipts from VSC. I would like to apply for an EAD for my wife. She is currently on F-1 visa. What are the documents that are required for filing? Thanks in advance.
 
Here you go...

First get I765 form from INS website or local INS office. People say it is not needed now but you can get a signature card from local INS.

The 765 has complete instructions, mainly you need the 485 app receipt. It is simple.
 
Signature card not required

Just copy of I-485 receipt notice,form I-765, two green card style
photos, $100 check. I got EAD last week I didn\'t attach signature card
 
No Title

I send application for EAD without signiture card, because my lawyer said I don\'t need it.
