Documents Forwarded to Consulate

Dear All,
on August 14th my parents living in the US got a call from NVC saying that my Documents are complete and they are going to forward my documents to the Consulate at Beirut. I'm a Family Based Applicant (F2A) with a Current Priority Date. But till now i have not heard of the Embassy, I emailed them and they said they haven't received my files. Does anyone knows how much time does it need for my papers to get here, and what's the processing time before they can give me the Packet 4. and if possible does anyone have a guess how much will i have to wait for my Interview.
Please if you can give me your timelines if you have similar cases.
 
for employment based cases it used to take 2-3 months for consulate to schedule a interview after the file has been received.

but do you think in family cases the interview should be held sooner, later, or with no preference?
i really hope that we have people with my case in the forum, so that they share their experiences.
