Documents for U.S. Passport via Derived Citizenship

I am a permanent resident, seeking to get a U.S. passport, via the derived citizenship of a parent. My father was naturalized in 2008, I was 13, and I know this means I derived citizenship through him. I would like information on what documents I need to present, in order to file for a U.S. passport instead of getting a citizen certificate.

Your green card, his Certificate of Naturalization, and your parents' marriage certificate.

Thank you for the information! However, my parents never married, I moved to the states with my father at the age of four. How does this change things?

I think you would need proof you were legitimated as your father's child under the law of your or his place of residence, plus proof that you live with him.
