My PD has become current and I will be applying for I-485 shortly.

I am including my wife in my application. can someone tell me what documents are needed of her other than photocopies of her passport, I-94.

Do I have to include her education documents like markscard, degree certificate,etc.

Appreciate all the help.

Your wife needs to file a seperate I485 using your I140. You should already had her name in your I140\'s application.

My 485 was based on my wife\'s 140. Maybe our lawyer was more cautious than she should have been, she insisted I submit all the supporting documents -- education, employment (pay-stubs), financial records, copies of income tax returns, copies of marriage certificate, birth certificate (or affidavits), etc.
