My father's IL requests that he brings in his old passport that he had when he came in the US. We found 1 of his old passports, but not the one they are requesting. As we can recall, we don't think that he had any passport during those years. Canada was not requesting people to have passports to travel to the US. I think they are changing that for the year 2009.
1) What is he suppose to do?
2) Should I pull information from the Canada Passport Offical webpage and write a memo explaining the reason he did not have a passport?
I am getting his documents ready. However, they have not provided a list of requested documents ... the only requested doc is the old passport. Is there a list available that I could based the documents he should bring? I want him to bring as much as possible (just in case)
