Hey all,
I am on H1-B Visa and getting married in August 2006. I was planning to book a H4 visa slot for my fiancee. I know we need to get the HDFC drafts before you can do that but my question is wht other documents do I need to provide. Do we need the marriage certificate? clearly I wont be having that.
If somebody can provide the list of documents that we need to send after u book the H4 slot, I'd really appreciate it.
Also, currently I am movin to another company and the new company has applied for H1 transfer but my passport has the H1 Visa stamped from the old company and the H1 Visa is valid till Sep 2007. Can I just use the old visa to apply for her H4 visa? or do I have to get a new stamp?
