You can write invitation letter, provide affidavit of support I-134, copy of all the passport pages of your passport, copy of your I-94, copy of EAD if you are on EAD or copy of H1 approval notice. If your parents are going to Mumbai consulate then you need to send the copy of your Birth certificate.

Your parent should show ties to home country if parents retired better take the pension papers, bank statements or passbook, house or property papers. Request them not to go to consulate on Monday because most of the rejection is on Monday because they have rush and less time to have a look at documents.
