Hi,
I plan to invite my in laws, they both work in government companies. My Father-in-law doesn't have tax returns and my Mother-in-law has tax returns for the last 3 years. Does the consulate officer ask for tax returns?

Another question, do we need to send copies of all the pages from our passport or just those pages that has our bio-data and visa stamp.

Could any please answer these questions, thanks in advance.

{They may not specifically ask for this information. However it it very important on the part of the visitor to prove that they are engaged in some activity in India and deriving decent income from it. Providing the tax filing copies is one way of establishing this aspect. }

{ While I cannot quote any source for this, I believe you need to send copies of all pages of your passport. In your case you need to send copies of all pages of your spouse's passport. }

Could any please answer these questions, thanks in advance.
