Documentation needed for concurrent filling

I will submit I-140+I-485+AP+EAD for EB3in Seattle, WA. Questions:

a) Lawyer *did not* ask for previous employment verification letters or W2s. Does that make sense ?

b) Lawyer is asking for my original I-94. Is that correct ?

c) What's "Alien#" ? I am on H1B

I just gave my docs. as below

1. Degree certificates , exp certificates, marriage certificate, educational evaluation certificate, birth certificate, copies of passport, I-94 Copy front and back( not original), salary slips, w2 forms for 2yrs, H1B approval notice, 6 photos 140 filled, 485, EAD, AP , G325A applications along with the appropriate fees. you will no t have alien no. i am not sure why he is asking I-94 . copy is enough.

Regarding medicals he said that we can submit that later . do u think that is right?? did your lawer ask for medical reports from you???

----It is better to submit the W2's

b) Lawyer is asking for my original I-94. Is that correct ?

----The Lawyer might not submit the orginal I-94, I think he wants to see it and will send a copy of your I-94.Just confirm with him/her once

c) What's "Alien#" ? I am on H1B

----Alien# will be provided by USCIS. I think it will be provided after you file your I-485
